1. Responsibility:
Process student applications from initial enquiry to arrival (or relevant stages within this), ensuring turnaround times within agreed time and accuracy standards.
Take overall responsibility for an area within the department and manage the processing of all applications and enquiries, including working with the Sales team on conversion campaigns as required. This may include managing colleagues' work but not line management responsibility.
Act as the Central Admissions specialist for that area.
Act as the support for another area within the Admissions team, providing cover for the primary team members during absences and extra support in busy periods.
Take responsibility for a further specialism to be advised by the line manager, based on current situations in Sales or Direct Marketing activities.
Assist in general to other product/regional areas within the team as directed to ensure the team as a whole meets it turn-around promises.
 Maintain the accuracy and completeness of student databases and agent information, both for internal and external compliance purposes of APU and AUV.
Prepare accurate and timely paperwork, including but not limited to offer letters and pre-arrival information.
Provide efficient and courteous communications with all customers, internal and external.
Maintain positive and constructive relations with colleagues, particularly in the Sales team and centres.
Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the Central Admissions software and databases (including Microsoft Office and CRM)
Maintain a good working knowledge of the Academic Programs course outlines, curriculums, portfolio of centres, courses, special offers, and entry requirements to provide useful advice to applicants and accurately assess them.
Maintain a reasonable knowledge of compliance issues, including APU and AUV requirements, head of departments, teachers, parents and students 
2. Position Requirements
A University Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or related fields 
Involves both helping customers enroll in the school system and providing them with information and assistance about the facilities and programs available.
Answer customer inquiries, provide guidance and recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collect and process customer data, fees and payments, and manage customer reservations and cancellations.
Know to report ROI and admissions development rate to the line manager when necessary. 
Previous work experience in dealing with customers, selling products or services, or performing administrative tasks.
Familiar with the features, benefits and prices of the school admissions process and all academic programs to consult with parents and students over telephone, emails and direct conversations. 
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues and build rapport and trust with them.
Able to collaborate with other staff members and managers, take initiative and work autonomously when needed.
Able to use computers and software programs, such as CRM, word processors, spreadsheets, databases, email, etc., to perform their tasks.
Able to adapt to changing work schedules and demands and be willing to work outside of regular business hours.
3. Abilities/ Skills
Fluent in communicating in English and Vietnamese is a must.
Interested and enthusiastic about education industry and international schools, and be able to share their passion with customers and colleagues.
They should have prior work experience in a setting similar to the International education environment, study abroad agencies, and related fields, which can help them understand the operations and challenges of the role.
Able to deal with customer feedback, problems and concerns and find solutions that satisfy the customer and the school system.
Able to persuade and convince customers to buy more or higher-value products or services from the schools, such as upgrading their joining the school enrolment, other programs if necessary, etc.
Able to keep in touch with related departments, receive all the issues, and contact heads of departments when needed.
