APU ALUMNI TONG VIET ANH MINH

Tong Viet Anh Minh is one of the outstanding APU alumni, class of 2011. With a list of impressive achievements and accumulative GPA at 3.8/4.0 at APU, Anh Minh easily received many scholarships from prestigious universities in the United States. Finally, Minh enrolled in University of Missouri- Kansas City - UMKC, majoring in Biochemistry. 

Studied at international school from a young age, APU is a solid foundation for Anh Minh to develop himself and reach achievements as far as today. With only three years studying through the APU’s exclusive College Bridge Program (CBP), Anh Minh has succeeded in graduating one year ahead of schedule. During his university studies, Anh Minh constantly strived to develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills and continued to nurture his passion for medicine.

This is the premise for Anh Minh to continue his studies and pursue a Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University. In 2018, Anh Minh was honored to receive the Outstanding Contribution Award in the campaign “Raising awareness about diabetes at The Ohio State University”. While studying the Doctor of Pharmacy Program at Ohio State University, Anh Minh strived to strengthen his career skills as a pharmacy intern at OhioHealth. All his remarkable academic achievements are admirable and inspiring for the next generations of APU students. Hopefully, Anh Minh will achieve more success in his Medical path!
