APU International School operates under a semester calendar consisting of Fall and Spring semesters, each running approximately ninety school days. The school also conducts classes during the summer to help students fulfill graduation requirements, satisfy their intellectual curiosity, and accelerate their progress through the English Language Development (ELD) program.
Graduation Ceremony took place at the Opera House on May 21st, 2016.
On Tuesday March 22, 2016, Ms. RaeAnn, representative from SUNY Plattsburgh’s Global Education Office, visited our APU students for an informal assembly at our Middle School/High School in HCMC. Students from grades 8-12 were present at the assembly.
At APU International Elementary School (APU), we are committed to our belief in the critical role that imagination plays in the intellectual development of children. We believe that cultivating the imagination results in highly creative as well as analytical minds.
On March 24th, Parent Teacher Conferences were held at APU Ho Chi Minh City, but this time with an exciting addition. Not only did the parents gather, but APU students were there to organize their own Science Fair showcasing the science projects that they spent the last two months working on.
On 20 May 2018, all graduating students from both APU campuses in HCMC and Danang gathered at City Opera House HCMC to mark the most important milestone of their academic career-graduation. Graduation is a proud event in which students and parents will look remember fondly as they move forward to even brighter futures.
Prom night is THE event of every American high school, and APU HCMC is not an exception. Rouge de Sheraton, APU’s very own prom night, was the most anticipated event of the year. Held at the Sheraton, with the theme of the sultry maroon color, “Rouge de Sheraton” surprised and mesmerized everyone who attended.
As the name of the Camp implies, the 2-day event was held to help students bond together and create memories by working together and having fun.
Our students won two out of three prizes from HCMC International Schools Science Competition, competing against many other international high schools in HCMC.
